I doubt the 1.2->1.3 difference will be bigger than the 1.0->1.1 or the 1.1->1.2 differences.

KOffice has already been accused too much of "non-justified version number bumping"
(which was indeed the case for KOffice-1.0, due to the KWord in it, honestly).
