There is also the case of "application/x-kugarmixed.desktop".

As far as I know, it was recently introduced in kdelibs. But as KDE 3.1 is 
delayed, we could perhaps change it too (erase it in KDE_3_1_BRANCH and 
define a new "application/x-vnd.kde.kugar-mixed" in KDE CVS HEAD and in 
KOffice.)
