While reading the info page of automake, I have found the solution.
( info:/autoconf/Particular Programs )
It is to automake to decide which library is needed whetver the flex one or
the lex one. ( AC_PROG_LEX )
So the -lfl should be removed also from the KOFFICE_1_2_BRANCH, if it is not
done already. (Can anybody do it?)
And now I also understand why KDEPIM using bison directly is bad. The reason
is that automake has a check for yacc too. ( AC_PROG_YACC ) So perhaps the
future Latex import filter should use yacc too for wider compactibility,
especially with non-GNU systems.
