I thought that's what you wanted.
If you simply want tabs every 3 pt, use <ATTRIBUTES tabStopValue="3">.
Ah Tomasz says it doesn't work? Hmm, AFAIK it does, but the tabs just don't
appear in the ruler. But if you press <tab>, or if the parag text uses \t,
it uses that tabstop spacing, no?
