Heh.. cool.  Apologies for that.

I'd love to be able to talk intelligently about this, but for the life
of me I still can't get my kivio to actually break. *sigh*

Btw, out of interest: was it just the connector tool that was broken?
Or were all four tools I touched broken (i.e., zoom tool, select tool, text
tool)?

I'm reading through the kivio loading code now, but I honestly don't
think I should offer any changes since I can't actually reproduce this
problem that we wish to avoid.
