Right. Looks like erroneous copy&paste.
Removed accel for Frame Style Manager.
(ctrl+alt+F is already taken... suggestions welcome, but IMHO this isn't an
action that really needs a shortcut by default)

kdelibs implements this stuff, KWord is not guilty ;)
One should look at where the kaction/kaccel stuff is supposed to get those labels
from, and why they're missing, though....
