Hi,

I'm using KWord CVS 2002-07-07 (KDE CVS 2002-07-07) with XFree 4.1.0 in 
Mandrake 8.1:

A) Rendering errors

With kofficetests/documents/import/mswrite/filtertest.wri (please update the 
koffice/filters/kword/mswrite code from CVS):

1. The last 'd' in the header is cut off and the cursor is invisible if you 
put it to the right of "for KWord" .

2. If you put the cursor in "Import" in the header on the 2nd page and then 
scroll down to the 3rd page, there is a mysterious "dead"/not-blinking 
cursor.

The attached screenshot shows both problems.

B) Footer bug

In the attached document, the footer should appear on all pages except the 
first.  KWord CVS seems to do the reverse, while KOffice 1.1.1 exhibits the 
correct behaviour.
