Doesn't really matter. The filters/karbon directory is probably a better 
candidate as we want to have (almost) all filters at a place. The only real 
difference is that "filters" is built after all applications are built. Some 
filters need to link the parts (which is not really nice, but well ;) so we 
need that order in the build process.

Do you want to maintain both versions of the filter? Doesn't the karbon filter 
obsolete the kontour one? Do you plan to write one filter which is capable to 
output both formats?
