Guess is correct - you don't even have a kthesaurus_LDADD line !
Well, the question is simple: what do you need to link to ?
Probably only up to libksycoca I guess, this doesn't seem to use koffice.
Try
kthesaurus_LDADD = $(LIB_KSYCOCA)
