I am not saying to disallow, I am asking why we bother with bitmapped fonts if
you can never print that formula.

Then find some more fonts, I have over 100 printable font-families (and some
9000 fonts alltogether) on my machine.

Well, the display problems have to do with the fact that KWord now actually 
does the same on screen as it did before in print.
But that is not the point; my point is not about that I can't debug it.  It is 
about the fact that it is theoretically _impossible_ to print a font that is 
only available for screen display.

A simple matter which can not be changed, we can only substitute another font
for printing. But if you use KWord as your HTML editor you could not care less...
