Please forget this idea. Everyone seems to think that KWord uses XML internally.
That's not true.
KWord uses XML as its native file format for loading and saving,
but internally everything is classes and pointers.
The current design is that a text frameset contains a list of paragraphs,
so nested paragraphs are totally forbidden by this design.
This has nothing to do with XML.
