 Ok David that works.  Except that it would not get rid of one 
duplicate frame. I had to check  "If text is too long for frame ...  
Resize last frame". Then it solved the problem.

 Also when I insert frames it sometimes cause the adjacent text to 
disappear, even though there is ample spacing around the frame. This 
might be a nVIDIA problem. I have had these problems before. I am 
using the video card in the unaccelerated mode (i.e nv driver and 
not the closed source nVIDIA drivers).
