A particular problem that I had was renaming the 'Standard' style in
the style editor.  If there is no style called 'Standard', then the
style editor causes a signal 11.  To reproduce this bug:

1) Open KWord.
2) Open style editor.
3) Click on 'Standard' in style list.
4) In the name text box on the right, edit the text to something
else.
5) Close the style editor.
6) Click File | Create template from document and follow the
procedure to create a new template.
7) Close the current doc.
8) Click the 'New' button, and select the new tempalte from the New
Dcoument dialog.
9) Open the style editor: at this point, a signal 11 should be
issued.

I am using code from CVS which is a day or two old.
