David,

I installed koffice 1.1 beta1-2 from a SuSE i386 rpm yesterday on my SuSE
7.0, kernel 2.4.3, XFree4.0.2, kde 2.1.1 yesterday. I tried out kword and
kchart and they both work nicely. However, after inserting frames in kword
the mouse cannot be used to place the cursor at any desired place on the
page in kword. The cursor always jumps to the beginning of the page where I
had typed in some text. Moreover, when closing kword, it repeatedly asks if
I want to save the file and then crashes.

Do I need to update kdelibs to 2.2 in order to improve things?
