Hi Richard!

Hmmm, it works for me. The current Makefile.am in CVS includes this line:

INCLUDES= -I$(srcdir) $(KWMF_INCLUDES) $(KOFFICE_INCLUDES) $(all_includes)

I'm not sure why you would have anything different, unless you forgot to 
"cvs update kofice" perhaps?
