How do we handle portability of old docs if a change is made in the 
file structure? Since we are not even beta yet..

Some values from the frameset are really frame specific, therefor I moved them.
Problem is that old format xml files now give errors because the variables are
not found at the frame (and are ignored at the frameset)

While a hack to preserve backward compatibility is possible I believe that 
at this point of development it won't be needed. 

All current files will lose information like header and footer, or must be run
through a simple filter. 

Anyone has a different opinion?
