Itīs just for the record:
I did not encounter any problem in downloading the above file and convert it to an \
EXCEL sheet.
Just save the data as a .txt file. Start EXCEL, open file, name.txt, the wizard \
appears, choose comma separated and you can arrange the data. No problem ;)
Should be the same with StarOffice, KSpread if the filter works correctly (it will \
!).
