?????????? Can you explain that a bit better. It's QPainter and X what is used,
KWord doesn't do anything special with fonts, just QPainter::setFont(). I Mean
X doesn't offer things like anti-aliasing and so on, so we don't have that.

Nah, we can't. We use Qt and QPaintDevices. That makes things easy. So we can't
use any of that maxwell stuff for fonts. But I really don't know what they
could so so different.
