Because of right2left in KWord: I hacked a bit on that this weekend and and
it (KWFormatContext) already works somehow for it. Only I donīt know exactly the
rules for that, but at least writing + word wrapping from right2left worked. I
have not committed that and also decided that I will continue with this later
as I should concentrate now on bugfixing and improving details for KRASH.
