Hiya,

There seems to be some misunderstanding about the current "freeze".

1)

kdelibs is frozen. This means that you should not introduce any changes
to the API of kdelibs. If you _really_ need a change in the API discuss
it on kde-core-devel first. (Hint to some: Discuss it _before_ you
commit :-) 
Basic rules: fix all the code your change breaks and document the
changes in KDE2PORTING.

2)

kdebase and koffice is feature frozen. This means that you should try
to concentrate on bugfixing and getting the basic functionality to work
correctly. It doesn't mean you should stop working on your
application, just rethink your priorities.  On 15 dec we will release.
Make sure the important things work by then. It's up to you to decide
what is important.
