Use $KDEDIR if you want to point to KDE-2 installation dir instead of KDE-1.x

And don't use those extra-includes options, it's dangerous IMHO.
Simply $QTDIR and $KDEDIR correctly set, remove config.cache, re-run configure,
and off you go.
