A pixel-based image manipulation program

After creating a PNG file with a custom gradient, I've saved it and it worked fine \
(it's part of a webdesign I'm doing so all the browsers opened it fine). But, I've \
opened it in Krita again and it got a line on the left, one-pixel in width and the \
color like the top of the gradient. I first thought it was a display glitch but when \
I saved it, it showed up in the browsers, so it must be krita's PNG import bug.

I'll try to attach the file and a screenshot in the comment or at least give an URL.
