There is a nascent site at http://koffice.wikidot.com

The basic format is a wiki.  A forum and, possibly, blog pages can be added. 
A full-blown bulletin site is being planned by those more in the know than
I.

The site has a templates page so, if you have any templates, that's a place
to which you can upload them.  Feel free to join and add other pages.  There
are some links and a news feed on the home page.
