You can alter the KWord rc-file of your user, which can be found at:
	`kde-config --localprefix`/share/apps/kword/kword.rc
If it's not there yet, copy the global one there first with:
	cp `kde-config --prefix`/share/apps/kword/kword.rc 
`kde-config --localprefix`/share/apps/kword/kword.rc

Simply cut&paste the action from the file menu into the tools menu section. ;)
