For example:

Accessing the following with konqueror: http://www.koffice.org/kivio/
produces:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: appendlink() in \
/home/.edhessa/koffice/rsync/koffice/kivio/menu.inc on line 2

The error is reproducible.
