The first app of the suite available on Windows will be probably Kexi followed 
by KWord, KSpread. To get a taste of Windows port (a part of KOffice 1.5 for 
KDE 3.5, though) - you can download it at 
http://kexi.pl/wiki/index.php/Kexi_for_MS_Windows
