Basically the idea is what I wrote in the short description.

In a few words, what I mean is just an icon where the user can drop the mouse in it \
and use the mouse whell to switch to another language he/she uses most easer. e.g., \
the user is writing in germany and want to write a paragraph in UK english, so, he \
just drop the mouse in an icon and moves the mouse whell and start writing... when he \
finish the paragraph he can back to germany doing the same... \
