Basically the idea is what I wrote in the short description.

In a few words, what I mean is just an icon where the user can drop the mouse in it and use the mouse whell to switch to another language he/she uses most easer. e.g., the user is writing in germany and want to write a paragraph in UK english, so, he just drop the mouse in an icon and moves the mouse whell and start writing... when he finish the paragraph he can back to germany doing the same...
