Basically the idea is what I wrote in the short description.

In a few words, what I mean is just an icon where the user can drop the \
mouse in it and use the mouse whell to switch to another language he/she \
uses most easer. e.g., the user is writing in germany and want to write a \
paragraph in UK english, so, he just drop the mouse in an icon and moves \
the mouse whell and start writing... when he finish the paragraph he can \
back to germany doing the same... ____________________________________
