Hello,

I have a similar Problem in kword. The spacing between letters is not correct.
It seems something in the font configuration is broken (maybe scaling?).
Strange about that is, that no other application is affected. I have this
problem for months (with different versions of kde and koffice) and also
tried a new installation of my system - nothing seems to help. The incorrect
font spacing occurs also at a zoom level from 100%. I filed already a bug
report with an screenshot (see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54227) but
haven't got a solution until now.

Thanks for any tips

Greetings
Lucky
