Subject:    KWord Latex export filter compilation problem

The Latex export filter of kword needs ImageMagick, and the
configure (coming from krita I assume) tests requires at least
version 5.5.2. The problem is that if you have a lower version
installed, the compilation of this export filter is not disabled,
leading to compilation error.
