Are you sure, that QPrinter directly supports custome page sizes?
I have a BR about this for KSpread so I searched the QPrinter documentation
and beside of a setting setPageSize(PageSize::custom), there is no method
available to define the page size itself. You can only define that it is custom,
not what the size is.
I can only assume, that this setting has something todo with the print
dialog, but not with the functionality of the QPrinter object.
Or do you know a way to define the size of the custom page?
