Hello,
It looks like you have mixed the numbers. The latest version of Koffice is
1.2.1 and not 2.0.1 and the latest version of KDE is 3.1.

The latest version of Koffice won't work with a KDE version inferior to 3.0
and 3.0.5 or 3.1 is recommended, so it won't work with your current version
of KDE

So to make it work, you would have to first upgrade your KDE and after KOffice
but it is not so simple on a 'old' distribution especially on Red Hat where
there is no tool to resolve dependencies between packages.

If you are new to Linux, the simplest and fastest solution is to upgrade all
your distribution for example to a Mandrake 9.0 which has KDE 3.0.3 and the
install KOffice with the urpmi tool that will solve the dependencies.

Another solution, if you are in Paris next week is to come to the Linux
Solution expo (http://linuxsolutions.fr/) at the Cnit. KDE is running a booth
there and we will sell there (for a very reasonable price) a demo CD based on
the Knoppix Linux distribution with the latest KDE and KOffice and give you
more advice.

Cheers,
Charles
