Your test doc indeed shows "1." and "2." for the nested levels.
Hmm, prev() is 0. Damn Word 97, list stuff was simpler in Word 6/95 ;)

This is getting complex. This list has a chapter-like numbering, but doesn't
define headings (if you use Head 1 / Head 2 styles above that list, they won't
change the numbering in the list, right?). KWord doesn't support this at the moment.
Obviously on such a simple document, one could use chapter numbering for
the paragraphs here, but if you start using real heading like Head 1 etc.
then they'll collide.
It looks like we need an intermediate level between "chapter numbering" (headings)
and "list numbering", that would be "hierarchical lists". But let's see what
Tomasz's new list numbering style will offer first.

Anyway, I fixed the filter so that _headings_ looking like the above will be
imported properly. This doesn't help with this precise test doc though.
