Thanks for the warning. I just used a plain filename gotten from KTempFile 
and it seems to work. :-)

In case anyone's interested, the app I wrote using KWord is an invoice 
tracker and printer called Hamilton.  As soon as printing worked for me I 
slapped on the version 1.0 and shipped it. :-)

While making the template, I used KWord for the first time.  I must say 
that the Stylist is very nice and easy to use.  The only problem I've run 
into is that I wish that KWord wouldn't print pages that are empty, save 
for the alternate header/footer.
