thanks for your interest in KOffice.
You'll find the information you need on  http://www.kde.org/support.html
and http://www.kdeleague.org/contribute.php
(The latter allows to specify that the money should go into KOffice only,
not sure why the former doesn't - anyway it's about KDE e.V., the developer's
association, in both cases. The KDE League is about the PR work).

Please be aware that although money is always appreciated, the most effective
way to help KOffice is to actually contribute to its development. Either by
directly hiring existing KOffice developers looking for a job, or by providing
some of your own development resources to help with KOffice.
