In that mode, there is no "main text frameset", the number of pages
only depends on the existing frames.
When we add the missing "add page", "remove page" functions (too late
for 1.2), you'll see the purpose of the DTP mode ;)

In DTP mode there is also no header, footer nor footnotes (since all of those
relate to the main textframeset, in the non-DTP mode). One has to
make his own frames for headers and footers.
