I was wrong. The frame is resized. I'm sorry. But the last line of footnote 
frame was not painted correctly for PostScript. Nor are the others. And for 
that I can provide a testdoc. See the last line of first page on printout (it 
is correct) and end of first paragraph on page 2 (it is not).

It seems that a lot of my font problems are caused by not using Xft. Bradley T 
Hughes from Trolltech said that missing chars in my fonts is due to not using 
Xft. Will have to look at it...
UPDATE: I have my quotation marks! Now I have fully Xft setup. Earlier it was 
Xft for Type1 fonts and non-Xft for TTFs.

With 100% as well. And with Xft also.
