Your gcc installation is guilty.
/var/src/RPM ?? It looks like it's using files from the temporary RPM builddir.
Also, you probably need a libstdc++.so, it's using the static version of it (.a),
which is wrong. 
Did you compile gcc yourself? Try to grab a RPM of gcc... that works ;)
