I suggest to try this for some time, probably best to _not_ send the email that
the post awaits approval... (when people complain we can re-enable that)

Are there any more people who want to do the moderation? It is no problem to have
2 or more people doing that. (Just share the pwd, and add the email address)

I personally can not take this responsebility since there is too much time I 
am not able to do this.  But I remember more people volenteering.
