 For Greek you would need to install the Greek language rpm. In SuSE it would 
be named kde-i18n-el.rpm. In Mandrake, for KDE2.2.2, it would be 
kde-i18n-el-2.2.2-1mdk.noarch.rpm. The language sets are in the i18n series 
of packages. See here:
