The message to the bugs database told all, the bug was never with KDE or KOFfice 
(according to the person who closed it) but with the person who packaged the 
stuff for your distro. In other words, we can't fix the bug since we never made 
this mistake you have problems with.

Compiling from source will probably fix your prob. Otherwise, contact the 
packager for your distro and let him know about your problem.
