If you don't make install it is similar to when then widgets wouldn't come
up in the KDE3 version. That's a problem on the install process and most
users won't come across because they will get the package from their
distros. The rest we can handle.

That we have to check it. Most likely, the new user dialog is set to run as
modal. It is that way by default so we probably have to change that.
