We should remove the '--trust-always' option from the GnuPG command
line. With PGP it's anyway not possible to encrypt with untrusted keys
and for a good reason. Therefore we should also make it impossible to
encrypt message with untrusted keys with GnuPG.
BTW, I'd prefer an "automatically send encrypted if the recipient
prefers encrypted messages" where this info could for example be stored
in the KAddressbook.
