Ok, we use the default charset now, if we don't know for sure, how the
charset of the mail has to be spelled.

Here is the "Subject:" header, generated by KMail:
Subject: LINUX: Re: =?CP 1257?q?Pagelbėkit su?= vertimu

According to RFC 2047, there shouldn't be any space in charset name. I mean, \
generated "CP 1257" should look like "CP1257".
