Sorry, but mails with two Content-Type headers for the same body are broken,
independant how common it is. At least I never recieved such a mail.
KMail simple uses the first header.
Report that as bug to the developers of the mail client that sent the mail.

I am aware of similar bugs but I think this is worth explaining:
When an email arrives with the following contents, it has TWO content-type fields in \
the header: the first says test/plain (which is probably why the email is displayed \
as text) but the second one (after the MIME-version field) says text/html. The thing \
is, this format is quite common. Can KMail be made aware of this and display its \
contents as HTML?
