KMail seems to crash when closing it while it's in the middle of a download 
(pop3/imap).  Actually when it's doing anything imap related and you try to 
exit it seems to crash.  Am I the only one seeing this?  Backtraces point to 
destructors for KMAcctExpPop etc...
