This is definitely wrong.

You can access several folder and you can copy/move mails between them and 
between local folders and IMAP folders.

Ok, KMail currently only supports only IMAP access in online mode. Offline 
syncronisation would alse be nice, but we also need a few features for KDE 
2.3 and the current functionality has to work correctely first.
