This happens if a new happy KMail user hits the reply button after
reading the "Welcome to KMail!" message which is automagically added to
the inbox the first time you start KMail.

There were not so much changes in the PGP stuff, so in general it
shouldn't be a great problem to merge your patches with the current
cvs. So you could give it a try. If you send your patches to this list,
I'll try to merge them in the current source code.
But of course it would be better to get the current cvs somehow (for
example from a friend on CD). You'll need at least kdesupport, kdelibs
and kdenetwork and optionally kdebase. Once you have made a cvs
checkout you only need to update every few days. And updating is really
quick.

BTW, I currently only pay 0.019 DM for 60 seconds. Why on earth do you
have to pay so much? This is no offense, just a curious question.

Ingo
