Hi!

<prologue>
I have some problems getting CVS KMail to compile. It cannot find
kio/scheduler.h and indeed, this file is not in /usr/include/kio, with the
other kio includes. I have the KDE 2.1.1 Mandrake 7.2 RPMs installed and want
to avoid compiling anything beyond kmail. This is a needed stable machine I'm
working with and I don't want to risk it.

So I've gone back to the 2.1.1 sources and this patch is against them. But it
seems that kmfilter* files have not been heavily modified since then.

But also the 2.1.1 sources give me problems:

ls -l /usr/lib/libssl*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 Nov 21 10:09 /usr/lib/libssl.so.0 ->
libssl.so.0.9.5*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 182680 Oct  1  2000 /usr/lib/libssl.so.0.9.5*

yet the link step fails with ld: couldn't find -lssl, though -L/usr/lib is
there...
</prologue>

What this patch does:
1. Up the documentation of some KMFilter* classes a bit.
2. Add a new class KMFilterRuleWidget that consists of the field and function
combo boxes and a line edit.
3. Make KMFilterDlg use KMFilterRuleWidget.

The patch is verified to compile, but I couldn't test if it does things right
or even if it links :-(

Please have a look and if you can, tell me what I can do against my
compilation/linking problems.

Marc
